Description: | “In the following document, the architectural design proposed is an architectural space in Zambiza, focused on improving community interaction and cohesion. The proposal seeks to counteract the issue of underused public spaces and the tendency of Zambiza to be a “dormitory city”, where most activities are carried out outside the sector. The document presents a detailed analysis of population growth, the distribution of educational facilities, and the use of public spaces in Zambiza. It identifies a lack of complementary and leisure facilities, resulting in underutilization and abandonment of certain sectors at specific times. The architectural proposal includes the design of a space that integrates educational, recreational, and service activities, with the aim of promoting community interaction and optimizing the use of public space. It focuses on creating open and permeable areas that encourage community coexistence, implementing diffuse boundaries and intuitive paths for easy access, and designing service spaces open to the public that complement educational activities and link with the landscape. In summary, an integrated architectural solution is proposed to improve community interaction and the use of public spaces in Zambiza, considering educational, recreational, and service aspects |
