| Zusammenfassung: | El proceso metodológico cambia vertiginosamente en la industria de la construcción, es por ello que se desarrollado el método “Gerencia de proyectos BIM”, abarca el ciclo de vida de un proyecto desde el inicio del diseño, coordinación, planificación, construcción hasta el mantenimiento del mismo. Debido a este nuevo abordaje técnico lo implementamos en nuestro proyecto “Centro Intercultural Modular” elaborado con containers donde se interrelacionan áreas de comercio y cultura. Los containers favorecen por ser una estructura modular dando como resultado una construcción versátil, efectividad, sostenible; que al ser utilizada junto con la metodología BIM se evidencia reducción de costos, optimización de tiempos de construcción y mejoramiento de calidad del proyecto, logrando un proyecto Sostenible. |
