| Abstract: | La transformación digital a través de la metodología BIM, está provocando un antes y después en la industria de la construcción, según la ISO 19650, uso de una representación digital compartida de un activo [...] construido para facilitar los procesos de diseño, construcción y operación, y proporcionar una base confiable para la toma de decisiones”. En el presente documento, veremos el impacto de la implantación de la metodología BIM en las organizaciones desde distintas perspectivas de la cadena de valor, (la entidad contratante, el proyecto y la empresa adjudicataria), en este último punto se desarrollará con un mayor alcance la descripción de las responsabilidades, actividades, resultados y lecciones aprendidas en cada rol que se desempeñan en el desarrollo de los proyectos. En este estudio, se implementará BIM en un proyecto de tipología Industrial ubicado en el ciclo de la fase de planificación y diseño, donde se realizará un “reordenamiento arquitectónico de la camaronera BV y el Diseño de Edificaciones de Dormitorios y Edificio Administrativos”. Se evidenciará en el marco teórico, los criterios utilizados basados en la Norma 1 y 2 de la ISO 19650, así como en guías nacionales de distintos países y Manuales de diferentes autores. Finalmente, desde la Perspectiva del BIM Manager se podrá comprender el aporte de este rol tanto como a la organización, como al Proyecto y a sus clientes. |
| Description: | The digital transformation through the BIM methodology is causing a before and after in the construction industry, according to ISO 19650, the use of a shared digital representation of an asset [...] built to facilitate the design, construction and operation processes, and provide a reliable basis for decision making”. In this document, we will see the impact of the implementation of the BIM methodology in organizations from different perspectives of the value chain, (the contracting entity, the project and the winning company). In this last point, the description of the responsibilities, activities, results and lessons learned in each role played in the development of the projects will be developed with a greater scope. In this study, BIM will be implemented in an Industrial typology project located in the cycle of the planning and design phase, where an "architectural reorganization of the BV shrimp farm and the Design of Dormitory Buildings and Administrative Building" will be carried out. It will be evidenced in the theoretical framework, the criteria used based on Standard 1 and 2 of ISO 19650, as well as in national guides from different countries and Manuals from different authors. Finally, from the BIM Manager Perspective, it will be possible to understand the contribution of this role both to the organization and to the Project and its clients. |
