Abstract: La guardería se diseñó a partir de un sistema pedagógico sistematizado en la teoría de “rincones de actividad”, mediante el seguimiento de la metodología del modelo arquitectónico que definirá los diferentes parámetros para lograr el partido arquitectónico deseado, esto en base a las necesidades del programa arquitectónico, las determinantes tipológicas para al final concluir la forma arquitectónica del objeto, además de su adecuación en el sitio y su respectiva normativa a cumplir. El resultado de diseño de esta guardería consiste en la zonificación de cinco bloques enlazados entre sí por medio de rampas ubicadas en diferentes niveles, esto debido a la inclinación del terreno. La ubicación de estos bloques se realizó con el objetivo de separarlos por actividades y edades respondiendo al sistema pedagógico “rincones de actividad”. Cada bloque consiste en el conjunto de espacios con diferentes actividades conectados por medio de rampas, además de tener un patio central en común.
Description: Based on the urban analysis carried out in the Ilaló neighborhoods located in the rural parish of Tumbaco, “La Morita” was chosen as an ideal place for the development of an architectural proposal, due to the lack of various types of equipment in the area such as education, social welfare and recreational facilities. The deficit of these aforementioned facilities is the result of the accelerated growth of residences in the area, which does not have an intervention focused on development. Consequently, the architectural proposal "Jardín de infantes La Morita" arises, which was carried out based on the need to implement educational equipment that is lacking in the neighborhood. A lot was identified for this land use, located on Antonia León street perpendicular to Vía Escalón Tumbaco. The nursery was designed from a pedagogical system, systematized in the theory of "learning corners", by following the methodology of the architectural model that will define the different parameters to achieve the desired architectural resolution, this based on the needs of the architectural program, the typological determinants to finally conclude the architectural form of the object, in addition to its adaptation to the site and its respective regulations to be met. The design result of this kindergarten consists of zoning five blocks located at different levels connected to each other by ramps. The reason being the inclination of the land. The location of these blocks was carried out with the objective of separating them by activities and ages, responding to the pedagogical system "learning corners". Each block consists of a set of spaces with different activities connected by ramps, in addition to having a common central patio
