| Abstract: | De acuerdo al análisis Urbano realizado en el Panecillo se determinó una presencia mínima de equipamientos culturales como de educación estos se encuentran en un porcentaje de 18,60% y 16,28% respectivamente, también otra problemática encontrada es la disminución de habitantes durante los últimos años en el sector como por ejemplo de acuerdo al último censo registrado del sector contaba en el año 2010 con una población de 6859 habitación según el Censo 2010,esta disminución también se ve afecta por la ausencia de equipamientos haciendo que las personas del sector tengan que trasladarse de una manera temporal o permanente para realizar estas actividades en barrios cercarnos del sector ,es por esta razón se plantea el desarrollo del proyecto Centro de Capacitación en un área de 3978.99 m2, la cual busca incentivar el desarrollo cultural por medio de actividades formativas de diferentes ámbitos que sirvan para las personas del sector como para barrios colindantes del barrio, de igual forma el equipamiento permitirá un dinamismo e incentivar el aumento de la densidad poblacional en el Panecillo. |
