Abstract: El Edificio Chanul se realizó con Metodología BIM por la empresa ICONIKBIM, para dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos del cliente (EIR), toda la información fue administrada mediante una plataforma colaborativa (Autodesk Construction Cloud), cada integrante del proyecto tiene un rol asignado y funciones específicas que deberá realizar durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto. Para que el proyecto encamine de una manera correcta y se llegue al objetivo deseado se utilizó flujos de trabajo, plataformas de comunicación, softwares. Dentro del proyecto se modelaron Arquitectura, Estructura y MEP (Eléctrico, Sanitario y Agua Potable), a partir de los modelos se realiza planos, planificación, costos, análisis de interferencias. Se utiliza normativa como la ISO 19650
Description: The Chanul Building was built with BIM Methodology by the company ICONIKBIM, to meet the requirements of the client (EIR), all information was managed through a collaborative platform (Autodesk Construction Cloud), each member of the project has an assigned role and specific functions to be performed throughout the life cycle of the project. Workflows, communication platforms and software were used to ensure that the project was on track and the desired objective was reached. Within the project, Architecture, Structure and MEP (Electrical, Sanitary and Drinking Water) were modeled. From the models, plans, planning, costs, interference analysis were carried out. Standards such as ISO 19650 were used.
