| Abstract: | El proyecto……. tienen la necesidad de abastecer a la Morita de un equipamiento de salud , actualmente inexistente. Debido a que la zona se encuentra en constante crecimiento y más aún si en los últimos años se busca una edificación que permita la mayor rotación posibles de pacientes en el menor tiempo posible.. Se aborda el tema conociendo y estudiando el sitio , el habitantes y a partir de esta se definen teorías bases para el desarrollo del proyecto. Para una mayor rota - ción de pacientes se usa en la edificación la biofilia y sus benéficos sobre la salud . Y para generar ambien - tes óptimos se utilizan tecnologías de controles pasi - vos de climatización y acústica con la finalidad de generar ambientes estables y controlados. |
