Description: Referee assistance in the sport’s industry has had a significant growth at all scales, with the aim of making qualifying, less perceptive and more objective involving many different disciplines at all scales of competition. Particularly, artistic roller skating, continued to be qualified by eyes perception of judges, sometimes over evaluating aesthetics aspects over the complexity involved in the execution of its elements such as jumps, figures or pirouettes like the one we are analyzing in this study. Inertial movements of the foot and typical plantar forces that the player applied in the execution of the right back exterior pirouette were identified in this study. There were determined typical movement patterns in the execution of the basic pirouette that made failure easily noticed with IoT, so the referee could make the decision in real time based on that of how much points it deserved to be penalized. It was also shown that critical plantar pressure values of the skater in the insoles during the performance of the pirouette under study in the area of the fifth metatarsal head, was counted for an approximate time of between twenty and thirty seconds compared to the average pressure values in walking, wherein the pressure time does not exceed three seconds.
