| Resumen : | Hospital General Puyo, es una institución del ministerio de salud pública, la misma que se encarga de brindar servicios de salud, está ubicada en la ciudad de Puyo, provincia de Pastaza, tiene actualmente 412 trabajadores y están expuestos constantemente a riesgos psicosociales por la actividad que realizan. El año 2021 se realizó una evaluación de riesgo psicosocial en el personal de auxiliares de enfermería, mediante la herramienta de evaluación del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de España (INSST) Notas Técnicas de Prevención 732, Maslach Burnout Inventory., en la cual se pudo determinar que los factores de tiempo de trabajo y carga laboral resultaron tener un riesgo determinante de exposición, adicional que los trabajadores tienen contacto con pacientes con Covid-19, se propone realizar la presente investigación del síndrome de Burnout por medio de encuestas a 20 trabajadores en el área de emergencia y donde existe la mayor exposición por estrés laboral. Los resultados de las evaluaciones a nivel global han resultado un riesgo medio alto entre el 50-75% de exposición, sin embargo, es importante analizar las sub escalas o factores de riesgo del método de evaluación para determinar y proponer acciones preventivas con el fin de garantizar la salud mental de los trabajadores. |

In 2021, an evaluation of psychosocial risk was carried out in the nursing assistant staff, using the evaluation tool of the National Institute of Safety and Health at Work of Spain (INSST) Technical Notes on Prevention 732, Maslach Burnout Inventory., in which it was possible to determine that the factors of work time and workload turned out to have a determining risk of exposure, in addition to the fact that workers have contact with patients with Covid-19, it is proposed to carry out the present investigation of Burnout syndrome through surveys 20 workers in the emergency area and where there is the greatest exposure due to work stress. The results of the evaluations at a global level have resulted in a medium-high risk between 50-75% of exposure, however, it is important to analyze the subscales or risk factors of the evaluation method to determine and propose preventive actions in order to ensure the mental health of workers. |
