Análisis de la metodología para el sistema de administración y gestión de archivos y su impacto en los costos administrativos de la empresa Holdun Trust al 2016

Abstract

This project is entitled "Analysis of a methodology for the file management and management system and its impact on the administrative costs of Holdun Trust to 2016" It has been developed with information and data approximated to reality for confidentiality issues. It is important to emphasize that this company has been in Ecuador for 10 years, seeking to contribute to the issue of trusteeship in the Ecuadorian market. For this reason, this work seeks to analyze the processes of administration and management of the files contribute to a model of application and implementation to the problematic of the files through scanning scanning and reduction of roles in the organization whose relationship lasts in the time and can generate more ideas on this topic and allow better customer service and speed of information delivery, thus saving time, resources and administrative costs for better decision making. The main motivation to propose this project is based on the work experience that has allowed to give greater interest to the organization's managers to improve this problem that has caused administrative disorders and loss of important documentation delaying the delivery of information and poor customer service. For this reason, it is sought to implement a system of management and administration of files and that in turn the clients feel satisfied to receive the correct information.
