T: Objectives: The objective of this research work is to determine the Perception Prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms in shoulders through the Nordic questionnaire and to evaluate the level of ergonomic risk due to repetitive movements and forced postures through the application of OCRA and RULA methodologies and thus recommend preventive measures. and corrective. Methods: It is a descriptive cross-sectional cohort study. The population studied is male staff aged 20 to 50 years who have worked up to 30 years. To determine the prevalence of perception of musculoskeletal symptoms in the shoulders, the Nordic Questionnaire was used. In addition, 2 ergonomic evaluation tools were also used, such as the OCRA and RULA methodology. Results: The Nordic questionnaire was applied to 214 workers, from which the collaborators who presented Perception of musculoskeletal symptoms in shoulders were selected, finding 37 workers distributed in the area of Anodizing Operator III, General Assistant Packaging and General Assistant Extrusion. The OCRA ergonomic method was applied, of the results what did not attract the most attention was the ergonomic evaluation of Operator III Anodized since its risk per worker is 8.3, however the ergonomic risk due to repetitive movements throughout the working day is 23 .72 which is considered an unacceptably high level of effort. The RULA ergonomic method was applied, of the results what did not attract the most attention was the General Assistant Packing and Operator III Anodized, the result of the evaluation shows us that the level of action is 4 and the risk is 7 considering an intolerable risk. Conclusion: We conclude that there is a high ergonomic risk in the Anodizing - operator III, Packaging - general assistant jobs, for this reason changes must be made in the design of the task and job, modify the work technique, increase the number of workers, and increase rest time.es
