Abstract: In this article, an exhaustive risk analysis was carried out due to the use of data visualization screens by the health personnel of the Traumatology outpatient clinic of the HOSPITAL DE LA POLICÍA QUITO N1. For this, the ROSA methodology was used, which showed a high risk in the four offices evaluated with a score of 5 for each one, and the need to make corrections in order to reduce the current risk. The main cause of the high score is the prolonged use of the Data Display Screen (PVD) for more than 4 hours a day or 20 hours a week, in addition to the poor location and arrangement of the monitors that require neck flexion due to height and inclination they have. Due to these results, a corrective action plan is necessary for the problems found, a new risk measurement with ROSA methodology, which starts from information with talks on ergonomic comfort and risk due to harmful habits, and ends with logistical changes on peripherals such as keyboard, mouse, monitor etc.
