Abstract: Objectives: Evaluate the forced postures in nurses of the intensive care and emergency service of the Armed Forces Hospital. HE1 using the OWAS and REBA methods. To determine the profile of nurses in emergency and intensive care services that present a higher prevalence of ergonomic risk. To establish the tasks that present the greatest risk of musculoskeletal disorders in intensive care and emergency nursing staff. Method: A descriptive, non-experimental, quantitative and cross-sectional study will be carried out on a sample of 10 nurses from the Intensive Care area and 10 from the emergency area, through the application of the REBA and OWAS methodologies. Results: There are no statistically significant differences between the level of risk in the Emergency Room and in the Intensive Care Unit. A prevalence of medium and high risk according to REBA was obtained.
