Diseño de un plan de prevención de riesgos psicosociales en el gobierno autónomo descentralizado municipal del Cantón Espejo

Abstract

The objective of this project is to design a Psychosocial Risk Prevention plan in the Espejo Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the province of Pichincha- Ecuador, as a solution to the psychosocial risk factors at work, based on the problems of poor communication, jobs deficient, disorganized and bad work environment. For which an investigation was carried out with a mixed approach of exploratory, descriptive, explanatory and correlational level between the variables, this being a field and bibliographic investigation. For which, the population is considered to be 48 people belonging to the institution, whose inclusion criteria are the one with an enabling contract on the date of the project and the exclusion of all those who are on leave, vacations, disability, among others. The applied technique was the survey and the instrument was the FSICO 4.0 Test questionnaire, which consists of 44 questions and which studied 9 psychosocial dimensions within the workplace, such as Work Time (TT), autonomy (AU), Workload (CT), Psychological Demand (PD), variety and content (VC), Participation and Supervision (PS), Interest for the worker and compensation (ITC), role performance (DR) and Relationships and Social Support (RAS). After presenting the result per question, the study of the FSICO 4.0 Test was added by dimension, where there are 5 dimensions with very high risk, whose participation and supervision factor has 43.7% very high risk, 25% high and 12.5% moderate as the main finding. Finally, an Intervention Plan was developed based on the results and focused on the highest risk dimensions. It is considered that the implementation of this project would directly benefit the work environment of the Municipality, in addition to improving the productivity and efficiency of the employees' work, which will allow the fulfillment of the institutional objectives.
