| dc.description | The current investigation project is part of the Safety Plan 2021, wich the management of Amlatminas Cia. Ltda. has established to contribute with technical and administrative solutions to the development of responsible mining in Ecuador, in which a skills program is proposed for professionals of safety and occupational health of Amlatminas Cia Ltda. focused on mining operations. The development of this research will allow to strengthen the knowledge and technical skills of all the personnel that make up the Department of Industrial Safety and Occupational Health of Amlatminas Cia. Ltda. At all hierarchical levels, through the development of a training program that will be executed with external training operators 7 The methodology implemented was the bibliographic review of legal requirements and applicable regulations, as well as standards developed in other countries by mining companies for the control of fatalities in their operations. Similarly, the analysis of the Hazard Identification Matrix, Risk Assessment is carried out, as well as the controls implemented by the different departments in the activities carried out by Amlatminas Cia. Ltda. Once the Hazard Identification Matrix, Risk Assessment, Implementation of controls has been reviewed, the critical tasks resulting from the activities carried out in the Process Plant and Underground Mine operations are identified. With the results obtained, a training program is established based on the critical tasks previously identified, for the personnel of the Department of Industrial Safety and Occupational Health of Amlatminas Cia. | dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación forma parte del Plan de Seguridad 2021, que la Gerencia de Amlatminas Cia. Ltda. ha establecido para aportar con soluciones técnicas y administrativas al desarrollo de la minería responsable en el Ecuador, en el cual se propone un programa de habilidades para los profesionales de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional de Amlatminas Cia. Ltda. centrado en las Operaciones mineras. El desarrollo de esta investigación permitirá fortalecer el conocimiento y las habilidades técnicas de todo el personal que conforman el departamento de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional de Amlatminas Cia. Ltda. en todos los niveles jerárquicos, mediante el desarrollo de un programa de capacitación y entrenamiento que se ejecutará con operadores de capacitación externos La metodología implementada fue la revisión bibliográfica de requisitos legales y normativa aplicable, así como, estándares desarrollados en otros países por empresas mineras para el control de fatalidades en sus operaciones. De igual manera, se realiza el análisis de la Matriz de Identificación de Peligros, Evaluación de Riesgos, así como los controles implementados por los diferentes departamentos en las actividades que son ejecutadas por Amlatminas Cia. Ltda. Una vez revisada la Matriz de Identificación de Peligros, Evaluación de Riesgos, Implementación de Controles, se identifican las tareas críticas que resultan de las actividades que se desarrollan de las operaciones en Planta de Procesos y en Mina Subterránea. Con los resultados obtenidos se establece un programa de formación y entrenamiento en función de las tareas críticas identificadas previamente, para el personal del departamento de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional de Amlatminas Cia.
