Method: Cross sectional descriptive study where 34 university teachers participated, the perception of vocal disability was evaluated using the VHI-30 test, the symptoms with the SIVD and burnout using the MBI test. All variables were coded and categorized. Resulted: 11.76% of the participants perceive a moderate vocal disability, 2,94% severe, y el 8,83% of them present indicators suggestive of burnout, associated with laryngeal pathology diagnosed by laryngoscopy. Conclusions: It was possible to conclude that there is a low percentage of association between burnout and perception of vocal disability compared to other studies where the level of perception of vocal disorders in teachers is between 30 and 60% during the pandemic. |
