Diagnóstico Ambiental del Sector La Argelia en la Zona Sur de Quito

Abstract

El objetivo general de este trabajo es diagnosticar los problemas ambientales presentes en el sector La Argelia, apoyado sobre datos temáticos físicos, estadísticos y biológicos que describen el "ecosistema" y sobre datos temáticos relativos a los usos y las actividades humanas del territorio, con la finalidad que el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito maneje el estado actual de las condiciones en las que se encuentra el mencionado sector. Objetivos Específicos. • Evaluar el estado de contaminación ambiental del sector La Argelia en el medio físico. • Evaluar el estado de contaminación ambiental del sector La Argelia en el medio biótico. • Evaluar el estado de contaminación ambiental del sector La Argelia a nivel socio económico. • Evaluar la problemática ambiental del sector La Argelia. Objetivo del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito. Definir la situación ambiental del sector La Argelia en relación, el medio ambiente su entorno y el sistema de gestión existente, para determinar y valorar la naturaleza e importancia de las carencias y eficiencias, tras lo que se estará suficientemente preparado para definir las políticas ambientales acordes con la problemática ambiental, con el fin de planificar soluciones para los problemas detectados.

The general objective of this work is to diagnose the environmental problems present in the Algeria sector, based on physical, statistical and biological thematic data that describe the "ecosystem" and on thematic data related to the uses and human activities of the territory, with the purpose that the Metropolitan District of Quito manages the current state of the conditions in which the aforementioned sector is located. Specific objectives. • Evaluate the environmental pollution status of the La Algeria sector in the physical environment. • Evaluate the environmental pollution status of the La Algeria sector in the biotic environment. • Evaluate the state of environmental pollution in the Algeria sector at the socio-economic level. • Evaluate the environmental problems of the Algeria sector. Objective of the Metropolitan District of Quito. Define the environmental situation of the Algeria sector in relation, the environment, its environment and the existing management system, to determine and assess the nature and importance of the gaps and efficiencies, after which it will be sufficiently prepared to define the appropriate environmental policies with the environmental problem, in order to plan solutions for the problems detected.
