Abstract: El presente trabajo investigativo y de análisis del puesto de trabajo de una persona con discapacidad física de miembros inferiores arrojó resultados que evidenciaron las malas posturas y las lesiones que a futuro podrían generarse. Aplicando las metodologías RULA y ROSA se obtuvieron índices elevados de cada uno de los elementos evaluados, lo que concuerda con el objetivo general de esta investigación que dice: “Analizar las condiciones físicas de los puestos de trabajo de las personas con discapacidad física a través de las metodologías RULA y ROSA para lograr la adaptabilidad de este”. El análisis detallado de los elementos que conforman el lugar de trabajo del funcionario se realizó tanto en modalidad de teletrabajo y en el correspondiente lugar laboral de la empresa. Se encontró que las mediciones efectuadas al mobiliario y a la postura no eran adecuadas, es decir, no se aplicaban las normas ergonómicas necesarias. En consecuencia, el nivel de riesgo evaluado con las metodologías, en la una se indica el rediseño y cambios urgentes en la tarea (RULA); asimismo, se identifica que existe un aumento significativo del disconfort del trabajador (ROSA). En conclusión, urge la necesidad de realizar el rediseño correctivo del puesto de trabajo, ya que, se deberá relacionar su buen funcionamiento, aplicando estrategias individuales y empresariales para prevenir y disminuir los trastornos musculoesqueléticos
Description: The present investigative work and the analysis of the job position of a person with a physical disability of the lower limbs yielded results that showed the bad postures and the injuries that could be generated in the future. Applying the RULA and ROSA methodologies, high rates were obtained for each of the elements evaluated, which is consistent with the general objective of this research, which says: “Analyze the physical conditions of the jobs of people with physical disabilities through the RULA and ROSA methodologies to achieve its adaptability”. The detailed analysis of the elements that make up the employee's workplace was carried out both in teleworking mode and in the corresponding workplace of the company. It was found that the measurements made to the furniture and to the posture were not adequate, that is, the necessary ergonomic standards were not applied. Consequently, the level of risk evaluated with the methodologies, one indicates the redesign and urgent changes in the task (RULA); Likewise, it is identified that there is a significant increase in worker discomfort (ROSA). In conclusion, there is an urgent need to carry out a corrective redesign of the job, since its proper functioning must be related, applying individual and business strategies to prevent and reduce musculoskeletal disorders.
