Description: In this study the evaluation was carried out with the application of the Reba, Art Tool and NIOSH methods, for forced postures, repetitive movements, and manual handling of loads in the process of tying aggregates, the 5 positions were taken to be able to know the level of risk to which the workers are exposed, and then with the data obtained establish an improvement plan. Once each of the methodologies was used, the results obtained were that the workers are exposed to medium, high, and very high levels of risk, in each of the positions evaluated as: placement, passage, sewing and placement of the bags in minimum and maximum height, so that, during the realization of the evaluation, it was evident that in general the workers carry out their activities adopting a standing posture and continuously use their upper extremities. In addition to being a job that is influenced by the factors that are forced postures, repetitive movements and manual handling of loads, the result is obtained that this work can be considered medium, high, and very high risk, due to the intensity, the workload, and the working day. Following this outcome, an action plan was suggested with the aim of reducing risk levels and improving working conditions.
