dc.descriptionThe present work aims to evaluate the psychosocial risk factors of the company a bakery in Ambato 'Ecuador, under the application of a Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risk of the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador, a tool that has been designed to identify and measure exposure to eight dimensions of risk factors for health of a psychosocial nature at work (work load and pace, development of competencies , leadership, margin of action and control, work organization, recovery, support and support and other important points), through an investigation descriptive, deductive, inductive and quantitative. The results obtained in the evaluation of psychosocial risks through the questionnaire of the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador, it is concluded that there are no significant or high psychosocial risks in any dimension studied within the area of administrative personnel, medium risk was evidenced in the following dimensions, leadership, margin of action and control, recovery, working conditions, with a rating higher than 40% and the rest of the dimensions are located at low risk. On the other hand, the results obtained in the operating personnel, it was shown that there are no significant or high risks in any of the dimensions, evidence of significant medium risk in the following dimensions, development of skills, work organization, support and support, workplace harassment, addiction to work, working conditions, job and emotional stability, self-perceived health with a score higher than 50% and the rest of the dimensions are at low risk. The intervention plan proposed in this research is to reduce the dimensions that, through the proposed questionnaire, were identified as having a high-risk level are: 5% of workers, so it is recommended that the bakery company in the city of Ambato intervene in the most significant medium risk dimensions or with a rating higher than 40%, thus satisfactorily covering each of the unfavorable conditions that are affecting the worker and their performance within the company. dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo evaluar los factores de riesgos psicosociales de una empresa panificadora de Ambato - Ecuador, bajo la aplicación del Cuestionario de Evaluación de Riesgo Psicosocial del Ministerio del Trabajo de Ecuador, herramienta especializada para detectar y evaluar la exposición a ocho dimensiones de factores de riesgo para la salud psicosocial en el trabajo, a través de una investigación descriptiva, deductiva, inductiva y cuantitativa. Los resultados obtenidos en la evaluación de riesgos psicosociales concluyen que no existe riesgos psicosociales significativos o altos en ninguna dimensión estudiada dentro del área del personal administrativo, se evidencio riesgo medio en las dimensiones de liderazgo, margen de acción y control, recuperación, condiciones de trabajo, con calificación superior al 40% y el resto de dimensiones se ubicación en riesgo bajo. Por otro lado, los resultados obtenidos en el personal operativo, demostraron que no existen riesgos significativos o altos en ninguna de las dimensiones, evidencia riesgo medio significativo en la mayoría de las dimensiones con calificación superior al 50% y el resto de dimensiones se encuentran en riesgo bajo. El plan de intervención propuesto fue reducir las dimensiones que, obtuvieron un nivel de riesgo alto en el 5% de trabajadores, por lo que es recomendable intervenir en las dimensiones de riesgo medio más significativas o con calificación superior al 40%, cubriendo así, de manera satisfactoria cada una de las condiciones desfavorables que están afectando al trabajador y a su desenvolvimiento dentro de la empresa. A partir del cual se generó un plan de intervención con base a factores encontrados, a pesar de no contar con porcentajes alarmantes de atención, es adecuado sugerir a la alta dirección una participación más activa en el proyecto de intervención sobre los riesgos psicosociales, mediante un programa que tenga los recursos económicos, técnicos y de personal apropiados para asegurar la disminución del riesgo presente.es
