The Health Centers are the first door to access the National Health System, its character denominates it as a First Level of Care facility, meaning that they have a close link with the inhabitants. These equipments are essential and become the pillars for the health system since they avoid saturation within hospitals, a very important factor to consider during pandemics. If the lack of such equipment is evident in a sector, it could add to the collapse of the Health System and the population is denied the entry of a basic basic service, in addition to their training for the prevention of diseases that can avoid the paralysis of the community . Through this project, the aim is to give the community of the Ilaló Sector an accessible space where they can resort and receive a First Level of Care for the treatment of the most common ailments, it should be noted that more than 8 million people die with diseases that could be perfectly treated in Health Centers, in the same way it seeks to provide residents with a space where they have the opportunity to receive information on disease prevention in an environment that conveys a perception of health. We can also add that another connection point to the health transport circulation network would be implemented, facilitating and increasing the relationship with nearby hospitals in order to treat less frequent complications in a more efficient way and avoid the death of people. . It should be noted that the location where the Health Center is located, despite the regulations, influences decision-making
