Abstract: | La empresa donde se realizó el estudio se dedica a la distribución de gases industriales, es decir, su giro de negocio es la venta y despacho de gases comprimidos de oxígeno, acetileno, nitrógeno, dióxido de carbono, argón, oxígeno medicinal, óxido nitroso, etc., el objetivo del presente estudio es evaluar los factores psicosociales preponderantes en los trabajadores de la empresa mediante la aplicación de la Metodología (FPSICO 4.0) para el establecimiento de medidas de control a los resultados obtenidos. Cabe mencionar que la empresa es una sociedad Holding por tal motivo solo se evaluó al personal administrativo y operativo del Holding de distribución de gases industriales. El factor de riesgo psicosocial que presenta un nivel de riesgo muy elevado es el de Tiempo de Trabajo con un 30% de los encuestados y el de Interés por el trabajador/Compensación con un 20% de los encuestados, seguido por un nivel de riesgo elevado las Demandas Psicológicas y Participación/Supervisión ambas con un 30% de los encuestados y el de Autonomía con un 20% de los encuestados, seguido por un nivel de riesgo moderado la Carga de Trabajo con un 30% de los encuestados y el Desempeño de rol con un 20% de los encuestados. Para poder controlar y reducir estos factores se han propuesto diferentes propuestas de control para cada uno de las dimensiones incluso para las de situaciones adecuadas. Las medidas de control ayudaran a la empresa a identificar oportunidades de mejora tanto en las condiciones de trabajo como en el ambiente laboral. |
Description: | The company where the study was conducted is dedicated to the distribution of industrial gases, that is, its line of business is the sale and dispatch of compressed gases of oxygen, acetylene, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, medical oxygen, nitrous oxide, etc., the objective of this study is to evaluate the prevailing psychosocial factors in the company's workers by applying the Methodology (FPSICO 4.0) for the establishment of control measures to the results obtained. It is worth mentioning that the company is a holding company, therefore only the administrative and operative personnel of the industrial gases distribution holding company were evaluated. The psychosocial risk factor with a very high risk level is Working Time with 30% of the respondents and Worker Interest/Compensation with 20% of the respondents, followed by Psychological Demands and Participation/Supervision both with 30% of the respondents and Autonomy with 20% of the respondents, followed by Workload with 30% of the respondents and Role Performance with 20% of the respondents, followed by Workload with 30% of the respondents and Role Performance with 20% of the respondents. In order to control and reduce these factors, different control proposals have been proposed for each of the dimensions, including the appropriate situations. The control measures will help the company to identify opportunities for improvement in both working conditions and the work environment. |
