Evolución y consagración de los derechos humanos de las personas de la tercera edad en los países de la Región Andina desde el siglo XXI

Abstract

The following research deals with very important issues such as Human Rights where I will explain chronologically the evolution of these rights specifying the before and after their classification and recognition at the international level where I will indicate dates and events of great importance for your understanding. After that, I will focus on the population groups that are considered vulnerable and especially one of them, the elderly, who have international instruments that protect them to guarantee their rights and reduce their vulnerable status. Finally, my commitment to this research has been to collect all information on the evolution of the rights of the third party in the member countries of the Andean Community, where I have also made some statistical tables where the high population index can be evidenced at the that this group belongs and that as the years go by it will continue to grow.
