Abstract: Introduction: Work stress under the new labor conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has impacts both on a personal and organizational level. In this study, the relationship between stress and socio-occupational variables was analyzed to determine the levels of stress present in the personnel working in a flower farm. Method: The stress questionnaire of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana was applied to 93 workers present in the organization during the COVID-19 pandemic. Physiological, social behavioral, intellectual, occupational, and psycho-emotional symptoms were analyzed separately and subsequently the stress levels were globally established. Results: It was found that in all the study variables work stress was present with low levels prevailing in most of the cases, but also cases with high and very high stress levels were found in small percentages (10.8%). Physiological symptoms are the category with the highest levels of stress, being the masculine gender the one with highest stress levels (7.4%). The same is true for the group of operators. Conclusions: The stress levels found in the flower farm for the most part do not exceed a medium level, but there is a good percentage of workers who have high and very high stress levels and to whom attention must be paid. Work stress and the age variable in the physiological symptoms category were found to be correlated in the Ch-squared test; however, in the overall results there is no correlation.
