Abstract: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar el nivel de riesgo de COVID-19 en una empresa automotriz, aplicando la metodología PER-COVID-19-ECUADOR para la generación de controles en base a la Norma ISO 45001:2018, para la obtención de controles se analizaron varios factores como la estructura técnica, organizativa y vigilancia de salud, a través de la aplicación de la Guía para la comprobación de protocolos de seguridad frente a exposición de agentes biológicos que permite conocer el grado de cumplimiento de los protocolos implantados de acuerdo a lo exigido por el marco legal nacional. Al aplicar estas herramientas se obtuvo como resultado que todas las ciudades evaluadas determina un índice de riesgo medio y que la región Costa obtiene como resultado el 58% de cumplimiento mientras que la región Sierra el 64%. De esta manera se propone un plan de acción y control para mejorar estos resultados.
Description: The general objective of this research work is to determine the level of risk of COVID-19 in an automotive company, applying the PER-COVID-19-ECUADOR methodology for the generation of controls based on the ISO 45001: 2018 Standard, for the obtaining controls, several factors were analyzed such as the technical and organizational structure and health surveillance, through the application of the Guide for the verification of safety protocols against exposure of biological agents that allows knowing the degree of compliance with the implemented protocols according to what is required by the national legal framework. When applying these methodologies, it was obtained as a result that all the evaluated cities determine a medium risk index and that the Coast region obtains 58% compliance, while the Sierra region 64%. In this way, an action and control plan is proposed to improve these results.
