| Zusammenfassung: | Ante la existencia de dos normativas vigentes en el Ecuador que regulan la protección contra incendio a nivel nacional, el AM1257 Reglamento de prevención, mitigación y protección contra incendio y la Norma ecuatoriana de la construcción Capítulo NEC-HSCI la cual hace referencia para cumplimiento a los requerimientos establecidos por los códigos de la National Fire Protection Association NFPA, es imperante que se identifiquen las diferencia dentro de los requisitos de protección establecidos en estas regulaciones para los Medios de Egreso, Sistemas de Detección y Alarma, Sistemas de Extinción de Incendios debido a que los criterios expuestos por ambas normas son la mayor parte de veces incompatibles y dificultan su aplicación tanto para el sector de la construcción y la seguridad así como la efectiva regulación y control por parte de las autoridades competentes. |
| Beschreibung: | Due to the existence of two regulations in force in Ecuador that regulate fire protection at national level, the AM1257 Reglamento De Prevención, Mitigación Y Protección Contra Incendio and the Ecuadorian Construction Standard Chapter NEC-HS-CI which complies with the requirements established by the codes of the National Fire Protection Association NFPA, it is imperative to difference the protection requirements established in these regulations for Means of Egress, Detection and Alarm Systems, Fire Extinguishing Systems because the criteria set forth by both standards are incompatible and make their application difficult for both the construction and safety sectors as well as effective regulation and control by the competent authorities |
