Abstract: Con este trabajo se busca responder a las expectativas de mejora continua de los procesos de calidad, seguridad y ambiente de La Empresa: una iniciativa con la que se espera que los procedimientos y procesos que sustentan el sistema de gestión existente alcancen un grado de optimización tal, que se evidencie un enfoque real hacia el cliente y las partes interesadas, un sólido desempeño ambiental que ejerza control de los impactos de sus actividades, productos y servicios; y finalmente, un sistema de gestión de riesgos que permita garantizar condiciones de trabajo seguras en toda la Empresa.. En fin, es una oportunidad para brindar a la empresa la opción de establecer estándares más altos en sus procesos y lograr una homologación de los mismos en los ámbitos en los que ésta se desarrolla. Todos estos aspectos aportarán a La Empresa, una serie de ventajas y beneficios adicionales como: − Sustentabilidad en las inversiones debido al ahorro que se obtienen en cuanto a recursos humanos: se evita la duplicación de esfuerzos y las repeticiones en formación y comunicación y se brinda a la Empresa, la posibilidad de contar con un sistema más fácil de manejar, desarrollar y mantener, es decir, un sistema único. − Agilidad y eficiencia de las labores cotidianas debido a la familiarización en el manejo del SGI que se puede adquirir con el tiempo y la práctica responsable de las actividades asignadas. − Proporcionar mayor confianza a los clientes actuales y potenciales por la mejora de relaciones debido a la unificación de responsabilidades y criterios. − Obtener mayores niveles de eficiencia y eficacia, tanto en los procesos industriales como en los administrativos, a través del uso de indicadores integrados. − Optimización de la gestión de la documentación, ya que evita la repetición de procedimientos o registros al integrar en un solo sistema elementos comunes de los tres ámbitos en cuestión; disminuye el tiempo y el trabajo administrativo, ayuda a un manejo
This work seeks to respond to the expectations of continuous improvement of the quality, safety and environmental processes of The Company: an initiative with which it is expected that the procedures and processes that underpin the existing management system reach such an optimization degree , that a real approach towards the client and the interested parties be evidenced, a solid environmental performance that exercises control of the impacts of its activities, products and services; and finally, a risk management system that guarantees safe working conditions throughout the company. In short, it is an opportunity to offer the company the option of setting higher standards in its processes and achieving a homologation thereof. in the areas in which it develops.
