Abstract: Objetivo: Identificar mediante un estudio descriptivo de tipo transversal el estrés en los trabajadores de la salud del Distrito 10D01 provocado por el teletrabajo en la pandemia del COVID-19. Método: Se realiza un estudio descriptivo de tipo transversal, con una muestra de 45 trabajadores de la salud que se encuentran en la modalidad de teletrabajo, a quienes mediante el cuestionario de Estrés Laboral de la Batería de instrumentos para la evaluación de factores de riesgo psicosocial de Colombia se evaluará el estrés de los trabajadores Resultados: Después de la implementación del cuestionario y la tabulación de resultados, se obtuvo: De los 45 trabajadores que realizaron las encuestas, el 88.88% presentan estrés laboral. De los 45 trabajadores que presentan estrés laboral el 71.11% es de sexo femenino. Conclusión: existe un mayor riesgo de estrés en el personal femenino del distrito 10D01, además este riesgo aumenta si no existe una buena implementación de esta modalidad y una buena explicación de los requerimientos que se necesitan para poder ejecutar esta actividad y de esta forma se puede presentar inconvenientes los cuales pueden ocasionar problemas de salud en los trabajadores aumentando el riesgo psicosocial
Description: Objectives: To identify, through a descriptive cross-sectional study, the stress in health workers in District 10D01 caused by teleworking in the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: A descriptive cross-sectional study is carried out, with a sample of 45 health workers who are in the telework modality, who, through the Occupational Stress questionnaire of the Battery of instruments for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors in Colombia worker stress will be assessed. Results: After the implementation of the questionnaire and the tabulation of results, it was obtained: Of the 45 workers who carried out the surveys, 88.88% present work stress. Of the 45 workers who present work-related stress, 71.11% are female. Conclusion: There is a greater risk of stress in the female staff of the 10D01 district, in addition this risk increases if there is not a good implementation of this modality and a good explanation of the requirements that are needed to be able to execute this activity and in this way there may be inconveniences which can cause health problems in workers increasing psychosocial risk
