Equipamiento Cultural Recreativo en La Tola Baja

Abstract

An urban analysis was carried out in the highest architectural design VII - 19-3, giving the possibility of planting a network of equipment for the best of the neighborhood. Among the teams planted as structural projects in the study area, it is located in the Cultural - Sports Center and that was developed in the present degree work. The Barrio de La Tola is considered to be a historical area in the city of Quito, but in the aforementioned academic semester, certain characteristics were problematic at a general level, such as: space suitcase, urban image suitcase, underused spaces, places that they generate insecurity throughout the neighborhood, among others. One of the most important problems is that there is a team deficit, among the team at the barrel level is located in the current La Tola barracks "Estadio Juan Quishpe B. Liga Barrial La Tola", from where the abandonment of the establishment prevails. most days of the week, lack of use, quality of bag space, etc. This equipment has the important characteristics that are: the topographic location and that it is located in the geographic center of the neighborhood, which suits it in a centrality that is disapproved, therefore, one of the key strategies in this valuation project is to consider topography and location as main strategies for architectural design. Another of the main strategies to consider for activating the neighborhood and the direct environment is: integrating the project with public space, implementing public and living spaces, meeting points (centrality), connection with the neighborhood through its four facades, create spaces for various activities, etc. The main objective of this project is to generate a cultural - sports facility, so that the immediate environment (Tola Baja) on the pier of its identity, from where users have a space that works as a story, and which in turn can relate both the neighborhood and the city.
