Abstract

The main problem found is that there is a population decrease due to the abandonment of the inhabitants due to displacement towards the peripheries of the city, in the urban study of the sector a suboccupation of land has also been found since there is a high demand for work spaces in the city and there is an excessive land occupation on the ground floor due to commerce, for which the main objective is to increase the population density through projects that allow adequate use of the land and an incentive to live in the sector, combining residential spaces with work spaces In this way, the Residence and Coworking project aims to meet these needs and meet the objective that has been set in the sector.
