La Candelaria - centro parroquial para la educación y prácticas agroecológicas

Abstract

Throughout history the parish of La Candelaria has had many positive agricultural qualities. Located 3 hours away from the Chimborazo province, the mountainous relieves from this area have allowed agriculture to be its main activity and be perpetuated. Nowadays, the parish acquires many specific characteristics as: lack of education infrastructure, over-exploitation of natural resources, intensive cultivation, and a huge lost of cultural and historic memoir. As a solution to these geographic and social issues, is proposed the implementation of appropriate equipment that solves the needs of educational infrastructure, and agro ecological practices. Besides of creating the connections that links the user with the current natural environment. Through techniques that allows the ecological production of natural resources, is intended to enhance the main economic activity of the area.
