Abstract: Este trabajo se realizó con el fin de que los estudiantes de una institución de educación superior realicen sus prácticas en el laboratorio de iluminación con las diferentes luminarias y ambientes, con directrices de uso del aparato de medición, interpretación de datos obtenidos comparación con la normativa nacional y de la región vigente, elección del mejor instrumental de medición comparando con otros. Dar directrices básicas para realizar mediciones de iluminación en centros de trabajo según normativa y basados en textos de riesgos físicos, conociendo que se debe hacer en cada actividad y cómo tomar las mediciones. Se evidenció que la iluminación varía dependiendo de los colores que existen en el ambiente y la fuente emisora la iluminación, con colores opacos y mate la iluminación es más homogénea, se recomendó los aparatos certificados para realizar mediciones confiables, se definieron procedimientos para realizar las prácticas.
Description: This research done so that the students of a higher education institution carry out their practices in the lighting laboratory with different luminaires and environments, with guidelines for the use of the measuring device, the interpretation of the data obtained in comparison to current national and region regulations, choosing the best measurement instruments compared to others. Provide basic guidelines to carry out lighting measurements in the workplace in accordance with regulations and based on texts of physical hazards, knowing what to do in each activity and how to take measurements. It was shown that the lighting varies according to the colors that exist in the environment and the source that emits the lighting, with opaque and matte colors the lighting is more homogeneous, certified devices were recommended to carry out reliable measurements, procedures were defined to carry out these practices.
