| Zusammenfassung: | El objetivo de esta investigación fue correlacionar el riesgo psicosocial con el estrés laboral en los trabajadores de una institución ecuatoriana para el establecimiento de su asociación. En este sentido los resultados mostraron que dicha correlación es positiva, directamente proporcional y estadísticamente significativa (r = 0.216, p <0.05), esto indica que existe correlación entre ambas variables y que, a mayor exposición al riesgo psicosocial, existe un mayor porcentaje de trabajadores que están asociados a sufrir estrés laboral. | Beschreibung: | The objective of this research was to correlate psychosocial risk with work stress in the workers in an Ecuadorian institution for the establishment of their association. In this sense, the results showed that said correlation is positive, directly proportional and statistically significant (r = 0.216, p <0.05), this indicates that there is a correlation between both variables and that, the greater the exposure to psychosocial risks, the higher the percentage of workers who are associated with suffering job stress.
