Abstract: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar la fatiga laboral por teletrabajo en los docentes de la Unidad Educativa “Carlos Freile Zaldumbide” ante la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19, el estudio tuvo un enfoque descriptivo-transversal con el fin de determinar la presencia de fatiga en la población docente y para lo cual, se aplicó la herramienta Test de Yoshitake a un total de 18 participantes. Con los resultados obtenidos tras la aplicación del test, se pudo evidenciar que el 61% de docentes presenta tener fatiga, el 50% de la población ha presentado predominancia fatiga general y apenas un 11% presenta tener fatiga mental, cabe recalcar que, el género más afectado ha sido el femenino ya que en 9 docentes de este género, se pudo evidenciar la presencia de fatiga y en el género masculino tan solo 2. En cuanto a los factores que inciden para que la fatiga se manifieste, se ha podido determinar la tensión y ansiedad causada por la emergencia sanitaria, el agotamiento general del cuerpo causado por la combinación del aumento de la carga de trabajo con las labores domésticas y finalmente el agotamiento visual provocado por la interacción del docente con el ordenador para la realización del teletrabajo. Debido a que se registró presencia de fatiga es necesario la implementación de un plan de acción para disminuir los niveles de riesgo y prevenir afecciones en la salud de los docentes.
Description: The objective of the present investigation is to evaluate the labor fatigue by telework in the teachers of the “Carlos Freile Zaldumbide Educational Unit” in the face of the health emergency by Covid-19, the study had a descriptive-cross-sectional approach in order to determine the presence of fatigue in the teaching population and for which the Yoshitake Test tool was applied to a total of 18 participants. With the results obtained after the application of the test, it was possible to show that 61% of teachers present having fatigue, 50% of the population has presented general fatigue prevalence and only 11% present having mental fatigue, it should be noted that the most affected gender has been the feminine since in 9 teachers of this gender it was possible to show the presence of fatigue and in the masculine gender only 2. As for the factors that influence fatigue to manifest, it has been possible to determine, tension and anxiety caused by the health emergency, the general exhaustion of the body caused by the combination of the increased workload with domestic chores and finally the visual exhaustion caused by the teacher's interaction with the computer to carry out telework. Due to the presence of fatigue, the implementation of an action plan is necessary to reduce risk levels and prevent health conditions for teachers.
