dc.descriptionThe present investigation looks for to evaluate the states of anxiety, depression and symptoms of stress in the workers of a Tourism company; through the application of technical instruments such as: the Symptomatic Stress Scale of "SEPPO ARO" and the Depression and Anxiety Scale of "GOLDBERG", and thus determine an action plan that improves the integral well-being and emotional-mental health of workers. This is a descriptive study, with a study population made up of 95 workers in the emerging telework modality due to the pandemic, COVID-19; the data collection was carried out using the Google form. It was found that 60% of workers present symptoms related to normal stress with a tendency to stress conditions, 65% of workers present states of anxiety and 34% present states of depression.es
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación busca evaluar los estados de ansiedad, depresión y sintomatologías de estrés en los trabajadores de una empresa de Turismo; mediante la aplicación de instrumentos técnicos como son: la Escala Sintomática de Estrés de “SEPPO ARO” y la Escala de Depresión y Ansiedad de “GOLDBERG”, y así determinar plan de acción que mejoren el bienestar integral y salud emocional- mental de los trabajadores. Se trata de un estudio de tipo descriptivo, con una población de estudio está constituida por 95 trabajadores en modalidad de teletrabajo emergente debido a la pandemia, COVID-19, el levantamiento de datos se realizó a través del formulario de Google. Se encontró que 60% de los trabajadores presentan sintomatologías relacionadas a estrés normal con tendencia a afecciones de estrés, un 65% de los trabajadores presentan estados de ansiedad y un 34 % presentan estados de depresión.es
