Plan de negocio para la creación de empresa de servicios de salud y bienestar para colaboradores de organizaciones en la ciudad de Quito año 2020

Abstract

The current project was created based on the own need as result of the long workdays and the develop of daily tasks that generates high level of stress that causes a variety of physical and psychological deseases. The problem starts due to the fact that not all companies are willing to include in their budget an economic source to the execution of a preventive health plan for employees that means an investment rather than an additional expense. The main goal of this research is to demonstrate all the benefits that will be obtained as result of the implementation of programs that contribute to the life quality of employees that include the two main fields, physical and emotional. This is focused to cover identified needs that starts from a real analysis. This process will allow to increase the commitment of employees through the more efficient accomplishment of the goals of the company. After finishing this research, it can be determined that there is a great acceptance from the objective market that comprehends employees form companies of Quito. The finance forecast made throughout the development of this research have totally shown positive results that give viability to this plan that will keep constantly innovating and will highlight the return of the investment after a management indicators analysis and validation, these are efficiency, production, among others.
