Abstract

Over the years it looks like a city is evolving and changing. Countless changes and transitions have been seen in the “La Carolina” neighborhood over the years, which have modified the way this part of the city works. This sector being the financial and business heart of the capital of Ecuador; should be put a lot of emphasis and give it a lot of importance when proposing some urban, architectural change or both in it. Our beautiful capital has generated several problems over time, which are related to the social, urban and architectural field, which must be seen and treated in order to generate quality spaces and a better quality of life for its inhabitants. The urban problems, which not only affect the city as such, but also the users who live day by day in it have been left aside. Solutions can be given that generate great positive changes and contribute in an appropriate way for the correct development within the city.
