Description: The comparative study of physical tests vs. finite element methods of the tensile-deformational behavior of structural steels in 50x50x3 square tubes, in the car body sector, allows to improve the design of bus trusses through the correct selection of materials, characterizing the Correct material, simulating the behavior of the material, focusing its study on a paradigm of qualitative quantitative approach, based on a suitable natural environment, generating results of Traction Tests, similar to physical ones with those originated by the MEF Method, giving values such as Efforts of 407,127 MPa and Displacement of 3 with an error of 0.2628 at 3% of those produced by the MEF; while the Flexion Tests give Efforts of up to 9.287530 MPa and 2.58 mm Displacement, executing in an error that varies from 5.72 % to 2.32%, validating them with an analytical type analysis in the Tensile Tests an Error of 1.58% to 2.40 %; while in the Flexion Tests, an error of 5.87% up to 9,2% is given, being within the permitted ranges, continuously analyzing the Safety Factor SDS with the A36: 2.6, with the AISI 1015: 6, with the Galvanized: 4.4 and with Alloy Steel gives 6,4, based on displacements originated with the A36 2,51 mm, with the AISI 1015 36.2 mm; with the Galvanized 5.587mm and with the Alloy Steel 3.362 mm, improving the data compared to investigations such as de Pozo (2014), the maximum displacement is 19.5 mm with an effort of 305.1 MPa, while in our investigation there is 14.5 mm, with an effort of 8722 MPa.
