Abstract: Objetivos: Identificar y evaluar los niveles de riesgo psicosocial en los trabajadores de una empresa privada, mediante la aplicación del Cuestionario de Evaluación de Riesgos Psicosociales FPSICO v3.1, para sugerir un plan preventivo. Resultados: En general el nivel de riesgo de los trabajadores estudiados es adecuado para los 9 factores (Percentil < P65), sin embargo, se observa que el factor Participación/Supervisión es quien presenta los niveles mas desfavorables: Muy Elevado (28%) Elevado (17%), Moderado (13%); seguido del factor Tiempo de Trabajo: Muy elevado (16%), Elevado (12%), Moderado (11%). Conclusiones: Existe un nivel de riesgo de riesgo psicosocial adecuado para los 9 factores analizados, hallazgo encontrado en hombres de 45-55 años, quienes realizan trabajo de oficina, jornadas de trabajo 5*2.
Description: Objectives: To identify and evaluate the levels of psychosocial risk in workers of a private company, the application of de FPSICO v.3.1 Psychosocial Risk Assessment Questionnaire, to suggest a preventive plan. Results: In general, the level of the workers studied is adequate for de 9 factors (Percentile<P65), However, it is observed that Participation/supervision factor is one with the most unfavorable levels: Very high (28%); High (13%); Moderate (13%); followed by the Working Time factor: Very High (28%); High (17%); Moderate (13%); followed by the factor Working Time factor: Very high (16%); High (12%); Moderate (11%).
