Abstract: | Determinar la prevalencia de trastornos musculoesqueléticos en personal adminsitrativo de una institución pública Materiales y Métodos: Estudio descriptivo, observacional de corte transversal, realizado en 30 profesionales que se desempeñan en el area administrativa de provisón de servicios de salud. Se empleó para la evaluación de los trabajadores incluidos el Cuestionario Nórdico y el Método REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) para el análisis de posturas forzadas. Resultados: Mediante el Cuestionario Nórdico, se evidenció mayor prevalencia de dolor a nivel cervical y lumbar. El Método REBA para el análisis de las posturas determinó que el riesgo de los trabajadores es medio. Conclusiones: Los profesionales que se desempeñan en el area adminsitrativa incluidos en el presente estudio, están expuestos a trastornos muscoloesqueleticos derivados de lapostura estática adquirida para realizar sus actividades laborales, por lo que es necesario la adopción de medidas ergonómicas y valoraciones médicas periódicas. |
Description: | To determine the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in administrative staff of a public institution Material and Methods: Descriptive, cross-sectional observational study, carried out on 30 professionals who work in the administrative area of health services provision. It was used for the evaluation of workers including the Nordic Questionnaire and the REBA Method (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) for the analysis of forced postures Results: The Nordic Questionnaire showed a greater prevalence of pain at the cervical and lumbar level. The REBA Method for the analysis of the positions determined that the risk of the workers is medium. Conclusion: The professionals who work in the administrative area included in the present study are exposed to musculoskeletal disorders derived from the static position acquired to carry out their work activities, so it is necessary to adopt ergonomic measures and periodic medical evaluation |
