Description: To determine the association between musculoskeletal disorders in Call Center workers and their possible relationship with ergonomic risk factors. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional observational study was carried out on 14 employees of a Call Center Company, between May 2019 and June 2019. Five instruments were used to collect the information: a sociodemographic questionnaire, a questionnaire for the analysis of Musculoskeletal symptoms, a format for the recording of anthropometric measurements, a format for the evaluation of the workplace and a format for the postural evaluation of the worker. Results In the dorsal or lumbar region, 57.1% of the operative workers presented discomfort in the last seven days, while 92.2% indicated that they had discomfort at some time in their life. In anthropometric measurements, the Size is highlighted with an average of 162,143 cm and a standard deviation of ± 8,4408 cm. 56.25% of jobs do not meet chair standards. 100% of the population studied maintains a trunk posture not recommended when carrying out their activities. The workers indicate an Odds Ratio-OR of 11 between the not recommended position of the forearm and right hand with the symptoms of the elbow or forearm; and a very strong constant relationship between the not recommended trunk posture and all body segments evaluated. Conclusions: The results of this study reveal that there is an association between the exposure of ergonomic risk factors and the presence of musculoskeletal disorders, indicating that forced labor postures represent a greater risk. Therefore, these types of disorders could incapacitate the worker in daily activities.
