| Resumen : | La arquitectura a través del tiempo ha evolucionado creando modificaciones progresivas mediante el cual logra mejorar la calidad de vida de los usuarios, el presente proyecto Hotel Apart Casa 1000 ubicado en Quito capital del Ecuador, surge por el abandono existente de edificaciones construidas en nuestra ciudad. Una vez detectadas las problemáticas, se analizó la posibilidad de re activar no solo la preexistencia ubicada entre las calles Valladolid y Vizcaya, si no, mediante su entorno crear conexiones que permitan ejecutar un diseño funcional y así el usuario experimente la cultura e historia vivenciada en el sector “La Floresta”. Ante esto, es indispensable estudiar la evolución obtenida en el barrio y sus vocaciones para con esto identificar las necesidades del mismo y proponer el tipo de hotel que requiere la zona. Considerando estas particularidades, obtenemos como resultado la creación de un Hotel Apart brindando sus servicios mediante apartamentos amoblados y equipados permitiendo una estadía placentera y confortable para el consumidor. Cabe recalcar que el barrio tradicional “La Floresta” resalta un ambiente natural y un toque colonial, mezclando cultura, tradición y leyenda que permite al usuario disfrutar un desarrollo urbano factible |
| Descripción : | Architecture through time has evolved creating progressive modifications which manage to improve the life quality of users, the present project Hotel Apart Casa 1000 located in Quito capital of Ecuador, arises from the existing abandonment of buildings built in our city. Once the problems were detected, the possibility of re-activating not only the preexistence located between Valladolid and Vizcaya streets were analyzed, but also through its environment, to create connections that allows a functional design to be executed and thus the user to experience the culture and history experienced in “La Floresta”. With this information, it is essential to study the evolution obtained in the neighborhood and its vocations, to identify the needs of the neighborhood and propose the type of hotel that the area requires. Therefore, as a result, we conclude the creation of a Hotel Apart offering its services through furnished and equipped apartments allowing a pleasant and comfortable stay for guests. It should be noted that the traditional neighborhood “La Floresta” highlights a natural environment and a colonial touch, mixing culture, tradition and legend that allows guests to enjoy a feasible urban development |
