Description: Zámbiza is a rural parish belonging to the Metropolitan District of Quito located northeast of the city, it is considered one of the oldest in the Quito Canton and is still in a process of consolidation. In the past, its status as garbage dump, caused that within its territory is developing an autarkic society that is characterized by seeking at all costs self-supply and be independent in all possible aspects. Therefore, after carrying out several analyzes, we find that Zámbiza has the majority of equipment required by a parish to meet the needs of the inhabitants within the territory. The existing trade spaces are not in optimal conditions to meet the needs of the user efficiently. The proposed project is the design of a Center of Supply and commercialization of agricultural products of sectorial level that arises like answer to the deficit of equipment of commerce that exists in the territory. It will be provided with a space suitable for cultivating, concentrating, storing and marketing in an adequate and regulated manner all types of agricultural products that will allow the population to be supplied.
