2wq1

Visits were made to the population for the collection of RSU samples generated in randomly selected homes for seven consecutive days, for which three plastic bags marked with the house identification number were distributed, later these bags were weighed, it was determined and quantified the current production of solid waste and per capita production, physical composition and total generation of the Perucho population, through which the diagnosis was made. Perucho has a per capita production of waste of 0.26 kg / inhabitant / day, that is to say, approximately 244.59 kg of solid waste are generated per day, where the percentage by weight of waste can be established as: 41.05% health waste and organic matter; 28.23% paper and cardboard; 8.47% plastic (bags); 5.91%, textiles / Fabrics; 4.99%, PET plastics; 4.48%, rigid plastic; 3.49%, Glass; 1%, metals; 0.88%, rubber; 0.50%, leather; 0.45%, medications; 0.24%.
