| Zusammenfassung: | En el Ecuador se vive un momento trascendental, a partir del proyecto de ley reformatoria al Código Orgánico Integral Penal, ya que ésta plantea ampliar las causas al aborto no punible establecido en el artículo 150 del precitado cuerpo normativo. Las causales que se debatieron en fueron presentadas por la presidenta de la Comisión Especializada Permanente de Justicia y Estructura del Estado al Pleno de la Asamblea Nacional. El 5 de febrero de 2019, se concluyó el informe del primer debate y se devolvió a la Comisión para que haga las correcciones correspondientes y comience a trabajar en el informe para segundo debate. Con estos antecedentes se han delimitado una política pública que ayude a ejercer los derechos sexuales y reproductivos de las mujeres que se enmarquen en esas causales. |
| Beschreibung: | Ecuador is living an important moment since there is a project to reform the Code of Criminal Integral that propose to increase the causes for not punishable abortion contained in the article 150 of the same Code. The causes that were debated were the one presented by the president of the Permanent Specialized Commission of Justice and Structure of the State to the Plenary of the National Assembly. On February 5, 2019, the report of the first debate was concluded and returned to the Commission to make the corresponding corrections and start working on the report for the second debate. With this background, a public policy has been defined that helps to exercise the sexual and reproductive rights of women who are framed in these causes. |
