| Zusammenfassung: | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal describir el perfil del cuidador de niños/as y jóvenes con discapacidad, mediante un análisis teórico y práctico, para identificar las características del personal que labora en la Fundación EINA. Se aplicó el Cuestionario CUIDA a un total de 25 mujeres y 5 hombres, siendo excluidos 5 por una inconsistencia en sus respuestas, Los datos demostraron que las variables más comunes son: altruismo (84%), apertura (84%), empatía (84%), flexibilidad (84%), sociabilidad (84%). Además de identificarse la media de edades es de 40, su mínimo de 20 años y su máximo de 64 años. El porcentaje de la población corresponde a un 80% de mujeres y un 20% de hombres, es decir 20 mujeres y 5 hombres. Estos resultados evidencian que las características más comunes de los cuidadores de la Fundación EINA son: altruismo, apertura, empatía, flexibilidad y sociabilidad. Palabras |
| Beschreibung: | The main objective of the present investigation was to characterize the disposition of caretakers of children and adolescents with disabilities through a theoretical and practical analysis to identify vital characteristics of the personnel working at the EINA foundation. The caretakers’ disposition was assessed through the CUIDA Questionnaire, intellectual property of TEA Ediciones. This instrument is designed for adoptive parents, caregivers, tutors, and mediators. The data generated by the CUIDA information system demonstrated that the variables with the highest frequency of responses are: altruism, openness, and empathy and sensibility towards others, while the characteristics with the highest percentages are: altruism (84%), openness (84%), empathy (84%), flexibility (84%), and sociability (84%); these variables are of the total population evaluated. Finally it can be confirmed that the characteristics required of a caregiver for people with disabilities are: empathy, altruism, openness, and sensitivity towards others |
