dc.descriptionThe objective of this thesis is to determine the level of ergonomic risk and postural load in call center PVD operators, through the application of validated ergonomic methods such as: RULA (Rapid Upper Limit Assessment), ROSA (Rapid Office Strain) Assessment), References for the use of PVD's established by the INSBBT and the Kuorinka Nordic questionnaire, to propose preventive and control measures, the universe of posts of the tele-operator company was studied, comparing the results of the Nordic questionnaire with the load postural obtained from the methods 12 cited above. Proposing improvements in the working conditions of the established population, due to the fact that in Ecuador, according to the IESS, the report of occupational diseases has been increasing in the period 2013 to 2015.es
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de riesgo ergonómico y carga postural en operadores de PVD´s de call center, mediante la aplicación de los métodos ergonómicos validados como lo son: RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment), ROSA (Rapid Office Strain Assessment), Referencias para uso de PVD´s establecido por el INSBBT y el cuestionario nórdico de Kuorinka, para proponer medidas preventivas y de control, se estudió al universo de puestos de la empresa tele operadora, comparando los resultados del cuestionario nórdico con la carga postural obtenida de los métodos 12 citados con anterioridad. Proponiendo mejoras en las condiciones de trabajo de la población establecida, debido a que, en el Ecuador, según el IESS el reporte de enfermedades laborales ha ido en aumento en el periodo 2013 al 2015.es
