| Abstract: | La problemática relacionada con las insuficiencias en el uso de las competencias comunicativas condiciona un uso inadecuado por parte de los estudiantes en diversos contextos académicos, que no solo afecta su desarrollo cognitivo, también implica sus capacidades y emociones en su desempeño, así como en sus relaciones interpersonales en dependencia del contexto. Sobre esta base surge la interrogante en esta propuesta de trabajo: ¿Cuál es el estado actual de las competencias comunicativas en las carreras que oferta la Universidad Internacional SEK? Este diagnóstico permitió advertir que los procesos de comprensión, análisis y construcción textual alcanzan niveles insuficientes, sin embargo son escasas las estrategias que se utilizan para solventar estas dificultades. En virtud de esto la investigación analiza las principales regularidades que caracterizan las competencias comunicativas en las carreras que oferta la UISEK y sustenta su estudio en el enfoque cualitativo, con el método fenomenológico y un diseño transversal, descriptivo. |
| Description: | Problems related with the deficient use of communicative competences of language skills conditions students to its inadequate use in diverse academic contexts. This not only affects students’ cognitive development but also impairs their capacities and emotions tied to their performance and their interpersonal relations dependent on the context. On this basis, the main question for this work proposal arises: What is the current state of the communicative competences on the careers offered by SEK International University? This study allowed us to find that the comprehension processes and text production reach unsatisfactory levels, and that the strategies used to solve these difficulties are scarce. Furthermore, there sear chanalyzes the main regularities that characterize ethecommunicative competences in the careers offered by the UISEK and supports its study on a qualitative approach following a phenomenological method with a transversal descriptive design. |
