| Zusammenfassung: | En el presente artículo se realiza una revisión sistemática de la información referente al tema, que se ha buscadoen bases de datos de librerías digitales con artículos publicados en revistas científicas, tesis y actas de congresos, se utilizó dos metodologías para la sistematización y búsqueda respectivamente de la información. Se analiza la información en tres temáticas pertinentes al tema: Los entornos virtuales de enseñanza-aprendizaje, las emociones y la educación y la computación afectiva. Se analiza la relación de la Computación afectiva en la enseñanzaaprendizaje de la Educaciónsuperior concluyendo que su mayor aporte es en los entornos de enseñanza aprendizaje,al detectar las emociones de los estudiantes mientras interactúan para dar una atención y tutoría oportuna yaque el estado emocional del estudiante tiene un impacto significativo sobre sus capacidades cognitivas. |
| Beschreibung: | The current study makes a systematic review of the subject that has been found in the databases of digital libraries that have published articles in scientific journals, thesis and minutes of congresses. Two methodologies were used for the respective information automation and research. The analysis of pertinent information related to the subject of study was divided into three categories: The teaching-learning virtual environment, emotions and education, and affective computing. The relationship between affective computing and the teaching-learning process of higher education was analyzed, reaching the conclusion that its main support is in the teaching-learning process environment since students emotions were detected as they interact. This allows a proper and timely assistance or tutoring service since their emotional state has a significant impact into their cognitive capacity. |
