| Zusammenfassung: | La resiliencia, o capacidad para afrontar, superar y salir fortalecido de eventos adversos, es hoy reconocida como elemento esencial del bienestar personal. Un ambiente nutricio, cálido y sano, constituye el semillero de habilidades resilientes a favor del desarrollo humano. En este artículo se realiza un análisis teórico sobre la información existente en la temática, partiendo de la definición del apego como ese vínculo relacional positivo, encargado de estructurar contextos claros y protectores, en el que el infante desarrolla sus capacidades y características plenamente, así como la confianza en sí mismo, el otro y su modelo relacional futuro. Así, el buen trato, el cuidado y la protección por parte de cuidadores primarios, prepara a los menores para crecer sanamente y lograr enfrentar la vida diaria, es decir, ser resilientes. |
| Beschreibung: | Resilience, or the ability to cope, overcome and emerge strengthened from adverse events, is now recognized as an essential element of personal wellbeing. A healthy, warm and nutritious environment is the seedbed of resilient skills in favor of human development. In this article, a theoretical analysis is performed on the existing information on the subject, starting from the definition of attachment as that positive relational bond, responsible for structuring clearand protective contexts, in which the infant develops his capacities and characteristics fully, As well as selfconfidence, the other and its future relational model. Thus, good treatment, care and protection on the part of primary caregivers, prepares the children to grow healthy and to face daily life, that is, to be resilient. |
